Vince’ s Boiled Shrimp

  • 4 pounds of Alabama wild shrimp
  • One onion
  • 3 ribs of celery
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 TBSP of salt
  • 4 TBSP of liquid crab boil
  • One can of beer , any beer
  • 2 TBSP of white vinegar
  • 2 TBSP of any type of cajun seasonings

Add all ingredients to a large pot except the shrimp . Bring to a rolling boil turn down the heat simmer 10 mins , add the deheaded shrimp for 3 mins remove from heat let soke for 2 more mins , scoop out shrimp save cooking liquid for dipping eat hot or cold . I was raised on the Alabama gulf coast and that’s how my daddy taught me ! I hope you like them and you can adjust any of the season’s.
