Ingredients:
- 2# Jumbo pink Gulf Shrimp
- 12 oz Lager beer
- 1 Tbl spoon old bay
- 1 small whole white onion
- salted water
- 2 Til spoons white vinegar
Directions
Add all ingredients except vinegar to cold salted water. Bring to a soft boil for 5 minutes or the shrimp turn bright pink,(still firm). Add vinegar, pull off heat. Run cold water over Shrimp to stop cooking process. Eat warm or chill. Lemon or cocktail sauce on the side.
