Recipe: Vince’s Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 4 pounds of Alabama wild shrimp
- One onion
- 3 ribs of celery
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 TBSP of salt
- 4 TBSP of liquid crab boil
- One can of beer
- 2 TBSP of white vinegar
- 2 TBSP of any type of cajun seasonings
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pot except the shrimp. Bring to a rolling boil turn down the heat simmer 10 mins, add the de-headed shrimp for 3 mins remove from heat let soak for 2 more mins, scoop out shrimp save cooking liquid for dipping eat hot or cold. I was raised on the Alabama Gulf Coast and that’s how my daddy taught me! I hope you like them and you can adjust any of the seasonings.
