Recipe: Vince’s Boiled Shrimp

  • 4 pounds of Alabama wild shrimp
  • 1 onion
  • 3 ribs of celery
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 TBSP of salt
  • 4 TBSP of liquid crab boil
  • 1 can of beer
  • 2 TBSP of white vinegar
  • 2 TBSP of any type of Cajun seasonings

Add all ingredients to a large pot except the shrimp. Bring to a rolling boil turn down the heat simmer 10 mins, add the de-headed shrimp for 3 mins remove from heat let soak for 2 more mins, scoop out shrimp save cooking liquid for dipping eat hot or cold.
