The moment you walk through the doors of GW Fins, you are greeted with a rustic, open dining room filled with friendly faces ready to deliver you the best of the best in seafood. Built around a concept of only serving what is available, Executive Chef Tenney Flynn works with purveyors to locate the finest quality seafood from around the world.
“One of the most enjoyable aspects of developing the menu at GW Fins has been learning which type of seafood that each of the sources specialize in, and of those, who only sends me the finest products available,” Flynn says.
To take advantage of Flynn’s fish-buying process, GW Fins prints a new menu daily. It overflows with fresh seafood prepared with techniques that enhance natural flavor profiles and includes dishes like the New Orleans-staple barbecue shrimp, parmesan-crusted sheepshead and blackened swordfish. The simple treatment of each dish allows for its naturally seasoned flavors to shine.
GW Fins provides FREE parking for up to three hours for guests at Central Garage, managed by Premium Parking, located at 911 Iberville Street, across from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
