Chef Mike Monahan founded Chefs USA in 1995. His chefs and culinary experts perform in-store chef cooking demonstrations throughout 10 states. Chef Mike is self-taught and spent some time at The Culinary Institute of American (CIA) in Napa, CA.

Chef Mike pairs wine companies and national marketing boards to “Partner” in their Chef $elling Events. Some of Chefs USA partners are, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI), The National Mango Board, Florida Tomatoes, The National Prosciutto di Parma Board. Sunkist, Kikkoman and more. Chefs USA owns and operates their own video studio and produces cooking videos and TV commercials.
