ASPA is excited to participate in the final hearing on the Petitions it brought on behalf of the domestic industry. ASPA’s petitions seek relief from unfairly traded imports from Ecuador, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam due to illegal dumping and unfair subsidies.

Please find below a link to the International Trade Commission website with formal notice of the Final Hearing taking place on October 22, 2024 beginning at 9:30am Eastern Time. The notice contains a web link for you  to log in and watch the hearing live in real time. We encourage everyone interested in the domestic shrimp industry to watch the hearing as ASPA’s witnesses attempt to obtain desperately needed import relief.

Finally, here is a link to the ITC website with the notice of the hearing. As you can see from the bottom, anyone who is interested may observe the hearing online via Webex. Only Witnesses who appear on the record are required to attend in person, and even then can appear by videoconference by request.
